Is Deluxe Edition the same as Limited Edition?

No. The official game site presents Deluxe Edition and Limited Edition separately. Match the edition name with the exact package contents before comparing prices.

Village in the Shade (Deluxe Edition) (PS5/Switch/Switch 2) Unboxing · POPnGAMES

Third-party English-language unboxing of the PS5, Nintendo Switch and Switch 2 Deluxe Edition. It illustrates physical packaging; it is not a Limited Edition unboxing or a device-performance comparison.

Cover context: Official North American Nintendo Switch Deluxe Edition product image.

The official North American Deluxe product image and the linked POPnGAMES unboxing show the game with a mini art book and digital soundtrack material. The unboxing also discusses the case presentation. These are package references, not a claim that every retailer uses identical extras in every region.

What should you check on the listing?

Detail Why it matters
Edition name Deluxe and Limited are separate offers
Platform Switch, Switch 2, and PS5 packages are different SKUs
Soundtrack wording A digital extra is not automatically a physical CD
Book wording A mini art book is not automatically the larger Limited Edition book
Price and shipping The final retailer total can differ by region

Does the 89.99-dollar price apply?

That checked US price belongs to the NIS America Limited Edition. This guide does not transfer it to the physical Deluxe package or invent a universal Deluxe price.

Steam also offers digital extras and bundles. A PC product called Deluxe should be checked for its own listed contents; it is not a boxed Nintendo or PlayStation edition.

What about the Switch 2 format?

Read the Game-Key Card marking on the exact product. Expect download requirements when the package uses that format. The unboxing is useful for inspecting labels, but it does not measure device performance or guarantee that a code remains valid indefinitely.

If the extras matter more than the box, compare the separately available digital soundtrack and artbook before buying. If you want the collector’s box and additional physical items, read the Limited Edition guide instead.
